GenPad users can use the app in two ways:
1) For self-diagnosis.
In this case, the user may not be authorized and may not register in the application. Entering personal data is also not required.

In this case, the user must log in to the application by providing him with the following personal data: first name, last name, gender, date of birth, passport data.
GenPad does not request access to personal or confidential data that has nothing to do with the pandemic. The application uses only the data necessary to combat COVID-19 infection or epidemiological studies.
To save the internal data of the application, GenPad requests access to the device storage.
GenPad does not transfer any personal information to third parties without the user's permission. However, GenPad may transmit such information if required by applicable law.
GenPad may also use the information to personalize GenPad services and improve the operation and functionality of GenPad.
The GenPad application can collect Data from your device, for which purpose the application requests access to BLUETOOTH from users. If geolocation services need to be enabled to access a BLUETOOTH device, GenPad asks the user for access to tracking his location.
If you wish, you can grant access to the Data of the GenPad application to third parties.
Any data of GenPad users will be securely stored. K.K. Mirai Genomics takes all necessary efforts to ensure compliance with advanced privacy practices.
GenPad may contain links to other websites. GenPad is not responsible for the privacy policy and/or actions on other sites. When clicking on a link to another site, the user should familiarize himself with the privacy policy set out on this site. This privacy policy applies only to information collected on GenPad.
The GenPad application is not an application for tracking the official status of coronavirus infection or contacts with users infected with coronavirus infection. Any information related to coronavirus infection obtained as a result of using GenPad is not an official medical opinion.
The GenPad application collects and processes user information solely for the purpose of directly countering the spread of coronavirus infection and improving the epidemiological situation around the world.
GenPad users can change or delete any of their personal information at any time by logging into their account. All notification emails and GenPad messages contain instructions on how to opt out of such messages in the future.
The terms of processing of the User's personal data are determined in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation in force.
Termination of processing of the User's personal data is carried out in the following cases
— when the purpose of processing the User's personal information is achieved.
— in case of modification or invalidation of regulatory legal acts establishing the legal grounds for processing the User's personal information.
— upon detection of illegal processing of the User's personal information carried out by the Operator.
— when the User withdraws consent to the processing of personal data provided by the User.
Depending on the User's specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below.
By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked
by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided
in the present document.
The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User's device and software.
Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of this Application.
